Gaynor Woosnam

Gaynor joined Talent Partners in 2008. Prior to this, she worked directly with clients on recruitment and HR projects across the Middle East. Her main focus was job design recruitment and assessment. In recruitment Gaynor worked as a Senior Consultant recruiting candidates for the Automotive, Retail, B2B, Advertising and PR sectors.

Originally from the UK, Gaynor worked as an HR Generalist in the Financial Services sector, with Prudential and AMP Pearl. During this 10 year period, Gaynor gained extensive knowledge of UK employment law, effective performance management, training, recruitment and assessment, manpower planning and contingency planning.

In 2005, Gaynor gained a Post-graduate Diploma in the Psychology of Work from the University of Leicester, focusing on recruitment and assessment methods. She has lived and worked in the Middle East since 2001.
