John Horsburgh

John Horsburgh is Managing Director Dubai for Talent Partners. John migrated to Australia in 1974 and enjoyed a long career in financial services (mainly with ANZ Bank) holding a number of senior positions. These positions included: national sales force management; strategic account management; customer support; strategy development; marketing; product management and development; project management; and, network establishment/ management – these positions were in both business and IT divisions of ANZ.

John joined Talent Partners in 2000 as Associate Director, focusing on Executive Search assignments, taking up his current position in Dubai during 2007. He has completed many senior level international search assignments in banking/financial services, property development, property construction, IT, engineering, telecommunications, education, oil and gas, manufacturing, speciality chemicals and FMCG, as well as government and semi-government instrumentalities.

John was educated at Dundee University in Scotland where he obtained a Master of Arts degree (with Honours) majoring in Economics.
