Ad Hoc Reporting

Talent2 provides an end user layer for ad hoc reporting that takes a data extract from the Talent2 HRIS and creates the necessary joins and integrity links for business reporting. The tables and columns are renamed in easy-to-understand business terms. Third-party reporting tools, such as Discoverer, are then linked into the end user layer for easy reporting.
